Accessibility Statement

How VidaFlow Health works to keep this site usable for everyone, and how to reach us if something is not accessible to you.

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Draft template. This policy is a starting template and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Have qualified legal counsel review and finalize all policies before launch.

Who operates this site

VidaFlow Health is a brand operated by VidaFlow Health, LLC, a limited liability company formed in [Your State]. References in this policy to "VidaFlow Health," "we," "us," or "our" mean VidaFlow Health, LLC doing business as VidaFlow Health. Principal office: 123 Example Street, Suite 100, Anytown, ST 00000.

Our commitment

VidaFlow Health is committed to making vidaflowhealth.com usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the experience over time as we update the site.

This statement describes the steps we have taken so far and how to contact us if you encounter a barrier. It is a good-faith description of our current efforts and is not a claim of formal conformance to any specific accessibility standard.

What we have done

We have built the site with accessibility in mind, including the following measures:

  • Keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator so you can see where you are as you move through the page.
  • A "Skip to content" link at the top of each page so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the navigation.
  • Semantic structure and landmarks, including a main content region and meaningful headings, so assistive technology can interpret the page.
  • ARIA labels and attributes on interactive elements such as menus, expandable questions, and navigation controls.
  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative graphics marked so they are skipped by screen readers.
  • Color and contrast chosen for readability, with text that reflows on smaller screens and when zoomed.

Ongoing effort and known limitations

We treat accessibility as continuing work rather than a one-time project. Some content, third-party components, or newer pages may not yet meet the level we are aiming for. We aim to align with widely used accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, and we are working toward that over time. We have not completed a formal third-party conformance audit, so we do not claim full conformance to any particular WCAG level at this time.

The separate provider platform at portal.vidaflowhealth.com, where intake and billing take place, is operated together with the independent provider network and may have its own accessibility practices. If you need help with that platform, please contact us and we will help you reach the right team.
