  3. Shipped to your door

    If the physician approves your treatment, the assigned pharmacy prepares and ships it.

  4. Follow-up in Spanish

    The VidaFlow team can support you throughout the process in Spanish.

Submitting your request places a payment authorization, not a charge. If the physician doesn't approve your treatment, the full authorization is released and you aren't charged anything.

What the physician reviews

  • Your provider will review your health history and determine whether this medication is appropriate for you.
  • If the physician determines a live conversation is needed — including in states that require it by law — you'll receive a call or video consult before any prescription is approved.

Is there a membership fee?

No. VidaFlow does not charge membership fees or access fees. You pay for your treatment and nothing else.

Who is the physician evaluating me?

A licensed, independent medical provider from our network, authorized to practice in your state or territory. Approval of any treatment is left to their sole clinical judgment.

How do I cancel my treatment?

Email us at support@vidaflowhealth.com or call (787) 665-3327. Our team processes your cancellation and sends you written confirmation.

Is VidaFlow a pharmacy?

No. VidaFlow is the telehealth platform — the brand and the point of contact. We don't employ the physicians or compound medication ourselves. We connect you with licensed, independent medical providers and licensed compounding pharmacies within our network, who are responsible for clinical evaluation and for preparing and dispensing your medication.
